About us...

We support people of all abilities, and especially welcome those who have disabilities and learning difficulties, as well as those who have recently undergone surgery or are recovering from a period of ill-health, and where medical advice feels swimming would be an effective part of the recovery process, or for those who like to swim but prefer the quieter and more smaller group setting.

CLUB ACTIVITIES:

We receive lots of enquiries about our club's activities, and one of these is regarding swimming lessons for children and young adults. Unfortunately, as a disabled swim club, this is not a facility which we offer. However, we are really pleased to say that there is a dedicated swimming teaching group, based at Sandbach School, "Sharkies", (http://www.sandbachsharks.co.uk/sharkies.html) which meets most late afternoons/early evenings, after school hours. Their contact number for enquiries is 07792 706786, please do feel free to contact them if this is what you are specifically looking for and they will be pleased to discuss further with you.

VOLUNTEERING WITH US:

If you are a motivated individual who is passionate about swimming, and helping others to swim, then you could be just who we've been looking for. (Must be 16 years or older)
