🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Kings Coronation 2023 🇬🇧

To mark the recent coronation of HM King Charles III, we entered into the spirit of the occasion by having a competition of wearing something red, white and blue at our swim on Monday 15th May.

This could be either swimwear or non-swimwear. We had a good number of our members participating and the winner was one of our newer swimmers Alan and runner-up one of our helpers Benji. Alan wore red swim shorts and blue swim goggles, but the "crowning moment" was a magnificent hat made by his very talented wife. Benji had a mix of red, white and blue clothing and a Union Jack headpiece.

Some photos of the occasion are on display, along with Alan and Benji receiving their prize from our chairman Alan.

A good time was had by all present.
