Recent Passing Away Of Craig Bayley

Saddened to note the recent passing of Craig Bayley, Chair of Sandbach Grass Roots Disability and Vice Chair of Sandbach Partnership. Although not a member of our club, our club officials had known Craig since 2015 and we regarded him as a friend to Aquarius. We were invited to be one of the groups forming part of Grass Roots when it was founded in 2015. We also saw Craig on the occasions we were able to attend meetings (not always possible due to work and other commitments) and he was always friendly and showed an interest in what we did. If we were attending a community event, Craig always paid our stall a visit and stopped for a chat (the photo shows when he visited our stall at the Sandbach Park Family Fun Day on a very warm Summer Saturday in 2018). Craig was very much a lead in developments to help disabled people, both in Sandbach and beyond. May he be at peace.
